Why is your Beceem experience different than other companies you've worked for?
"Beceem has many talented scientists, researchers, and engineers. Some of them have been leading R&D in the field of MIMO wireless communications for many years. I was excited to work with such a group of people from day one. Working with smart and open people in Beceem makes me feel smarter"

What do you think makes your particular work group unique?
"Our engineering group has two teams: one is in Santa Clara, and the other is in Bangalore. To get the job done and provide support across the world, we need to get over the distance, and collaborate closely."

What aspect of Beceem gets you up in the morning and makes you want to come to work?
"As the latest member of 3G wireless standards, WiMax is an economical system for delivering wireless broad-band Internet access. Mobility and high data rate, by its nature, create many challenges and open areas, and hence provide more opportunities for us to explore in developing Beceem’s WiMax solution."

What's the best part of your job?
"In my current position, I have exposure to different aspects in the PHY layer, from RF to BB, from HW to SW, from implementation to algorithms, and from lab to field. It is challenging and fun."

What object on your desk can you not live without?
"A bottle of fresh water."

Elaborate on the personal side of Beceem, the touchy feely aspect...
"Beceem is more like a big family with many siblings of different culture backgrounds. We make our contributions, and meanwhile, other people take good care of us as well."
