Financial Reporting Manager

Job Overview:

Candidates applying for this position will be self motivated, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, organized and able to quickly grasp the financial reporting needs of the company.

Main Position Functions:

  • Prepare financial reports for investors and the Board of Directors
  • Manage and coordinate the external audit
  • Manage monthly close and consolidation of 5 entities
  • Manage worldwide stock program and related activities

Required experience, skills and training:

  • BS in Accounting
  • Experience with international consolidations and foreign currency
  • Working knowledge of stock option software and 123R
  • Minimum 2 years public accounting experience
  • Minimum 2 years high tech
  • Knowledge of Revenue Recognition rules (SOP97-2 and SAB101)

Prefer:

  • 4 years progressive accounting experience
  • Experienced with equity related transactions including stock administration and 123R
  • 3-5 years of public accounting experience
  • Experience with Great Plains
  • Experience working in a Fables semiconductor company
