announced that it has successfully demonstrated
interoperability of its Mobile WiMAX terminal
chipset with leading infrastructure solution
providers. The interoperability testing (IOT)
was performed at the first public "Plugfest" for
WiMAX IEEE 802.16e-2005 standard products,
organized by the WiMAX Forum, taking place
Sept. 24 through Oct. 1 in Maryland. IOT
was performed with Mobile WiMAX base stations
from:
- Alcatel
- Alvarion
- Motorola
- Navini
