PRESS RELEASE Beceem’s Chip Included in the First 4G Service to Launch in Japan BCSM250 shows outstanding performance in UQ Communications Mobile 4G-WiMAX network February 3rd, 2009, Tokyo, Japan, 3pm - Beceem Communications, a leading provider of Mobile 4G-WiMAX chips, announced today that its 65nm single chip Mobile 4G-WiMAX solution is used in a number of the devices that are being launched today as part of the 4G Mobile 4G-WiMAX market trial by UQ Communications.
