PRESS RELEASE Beceem Completes Major Technical 4G-WiMAX Milestone Successful Mobile 4G-WiMAX system test demonstration complies with Sprint network requirements Santa Clara, USA; December 12, 2007: Beceem Communications, a leading provider of terminal chipsets for Mobile 4G-WiMAX , today announced the completion of the first major milestone of Mobile 4G-WiMAX equipment initial interoperability testing performed between Beceem’s chipset and Sprint’s 4G-WiMAX infrastructure as part of the Sprint Mobile 4G-WiMAX device launch preparations.
